Upgrade your Harbor Freight 22" Series 3 Locker with this complete caster deck kit. Built from 11-gauge steel, the deck mounts your casters and helps support the weight of the locker and your tools — or use it as a standalone rolling base on its own.
Cut locker flanges if present
Some lockers have a flange on the same side as the holes used to connect the locker to a toolbox. If yours has this flange, cut it off with a cutoff wheel for this kit to work — it doesn't affect the locker's strength, since the original design didn't include it.

Caster Options
Option A: 5" casters included, matching 27"/42" height (add our 2-1/2" spacer for 56"/72" height).
Option B: Drilled to match stock 56" or 72" caster spacing — buy casters directly from Harbor Freight. No spacer needed; sits 2-1/2" taller than 27"/42".

Installation note: Mounting holes and slots are built with extra room to accommodate slight variations between units, but small adjustments may still be needed. Leave hardware slightly loose during installation, then fully tighten once everything is aligned.
