This welding cart kit converts your Harbor Freight 22" Locker into a dual-tank welding cart. Built from 11-gauge steel for strength, it accepts up to 9-1/4" tanks. The top mount has ratchet straps to secure your bottles and 2 TIG rod holder locations, with holes measuring 2-1/8" to fit standard 2" rod holders. Casters are included.
Choose your casters at checkout
Pick 5" all-swivel casters with locks or 5" casters with 2 swivel and 2 rigid. Add our 2-1/2" spacers to match taller toolbox heights.
Powder coated: The kit, shelf, lead hangers, and grinder holder are powder coated, which is why prices are higher than our standard kits.
Powder coating lead time: Powder coated kits take a little longer to ship than the raw steel version. The powder coating is done by a third-party supplier.

Installation note: Some lockers have a flange on the same side as the holes used to connect the locker to a toolbox. If yours has this flange, cut it off with a cutoff wheel for this kit to work. Harbor Freight carts vary slightly between units, so small adjustments may be needed. Leave all mounts loose until everything is in place, then tighten down.
