This welding cart kit converts your Harbor Freight 22" Locker into a dual-tank welding cart. Built from 11-gauge steel for strength, it accepts up to 9-1/4" tanks. The top mount has ratchet straps to secure your bottles and 2 TIG rod holder locations, with holes measuring 2-1/8" to fit standard 2" rod holders. The kit can be mounted on either side of the locker or on the back.
Cut locker flanges if present
Some lockers have a flange on the same side as the holes used to connect the locker to a toolbox. If yours has this flange, cut it off with a cutoff wheel for this kit to work — it doesn't affect the locker's strength, since the original design didn't include it.

Caster Options
Option A: 4" all-swivel casters (2 swivel with brakes, 2 swivel) — keeps the cabinet low with a smooth roll.
Option B: 5" casters included, matching the height of Series 3 27" and 42" toolboxes for a clean, uniform workspace. Add our 2-1/2" spacer accessory to raise them to match 56" or 72" toolbox height.
Option C: Drilled to match the stock casters used on 56" and 72" toolboxes — buy casters directly from Harbor Freight's parts store. These sit 2-1/2" taller than 27"/42" casters, so no spacer is needed. Casters may look slightly different than pictured.
