Convert your Harbor Freight 34" Full Bank Service Cart into a compact, heavy-duty welding cart with this bolt-on tank mounting kit. This kit uses the cart's factory holes — no welding required — and includes an upgraded top mount with a heavy-duty ratchet strap plus built-in TIG rod holder mounts.
No rubber bumper cutting required
You don't have to cut the rubber corner bumpers to make this kit work.

Heavy-duty ratchet-strap top mount — securely holds two tanks up to 9-1/4" (T) size
3 TIG rod holder ports — sized 2-1/8" to fit standard 2" rod holders
No-weld install — uses the cart's factory holes
Caster relocation hardware included — 3/8" carriage bolts and nuts for the new lower deck
2 optional deck holes for extra bolt-down security if needed
Raw, unpainted 11-gauge steel — ready for paint or powder coating
