This is a welding cart kit for the Harbor Freight Series 3 15" End Cabinet. Built from 11-gauge steel, the top mount uses a ratchet strap to secure your tank, plus 2 TIG rod holder locations sized 2-1/8" to fit standard 2" rod holders.
No welding required
Secure the top mount with rivets, sheet metal screws, or the included 5/16" rivnuts.

Installation note: Harbor Freight carts can vary slightly between units, so you may need to make small adjustments. Leave all mounts loose until everything is in place, then tighten down.
