This is a welding cart kit for the Harbor Freight Series 3 15" End Cabinet. Built from 11-gauge steel, the bottom deck holds up to four 9-1/4" tanks, with 2 top mounts using ratchet straps to secure your bottles, plus 3 TIG rod holder locations sized 2-1/8" to fit standard 2" rod holders.
This kit does not include casters

Installation note: Harbor Freight carts can vary slightly between units, so you may need to make small adjustments. Leave all mounts loose until everything is in place, then tighten down. We recommend all-swivel casters for this kit — see Harbor Freight's swivel casters (SKU 604990) or fixed casters (SKU 604989).
