Convert your Harbor Freight 4 Drawer Tech Cart (SKU 59572) into a proper dual-tank welding cart. This kit bolts on using the cart's existing holes — no welding required — and includes a top mount with ratchet straps to secure two bottles, plus built-in TIG rod holder mounts.
