Convert your Harbor Freight 5 Drawer Mechanics Cart (SKU 70698) into a single-tank welding cart. This kit bolts on using the cart's existing holes — no welding required — and includes a top mount with a ratchet strap to secure your bottle, plus built-in TIG rod holder mounts.
