This 3D-printed jig sets up bullet hinges with a .787" (25/32") barrel — we've found it works on both 6" and 7" bullet hinges. It sets the hinge in the correct position and offset, ready to tack in place. Comes with 4 jig sets so you can set 4 hinges at the same time.
